Winter Storms

So we've had a LOT of snow storms this last week. One of the storms it snowed for like 30 hours straight! There was so much snow outside. And since we live in a cul-de-sac that the city doesn't plow, it's even worse for us. We do have an awesome neighbor that has a 4-wheeler that he attached a blade to and he'll go and clear a path in our cul-de-sac for the cars. He even clears a place for me to park since if I park in our driveway I won't be able to get it out! We definitely have the wrong car for the winters here, a rear wheel drive car. I've gotten stuck three times, twice was just in our cul-de-sac! Just the other morning I went out to warm up my car for work. I spent 30-40 minutes scraping snow off my car, clearing snow away from my tires, and Scott still had to come and help push me out! It was crazy. Good thing we do have Scott's car that is better in the snow! Just thought I would post some pictures since my dad sent me this picture from my parents house just before Christmas last month:

That same night we went over to Matt and Heather's to play some games and when we pulled behind their cars in the driveway I just started laughing when I saw Heather's car! It hadn't been anywhere in awhile!

The night I took these pictures it had been snowing since that afternoon, but it didn't stop until around 11pm the NEXT night. So you can imagine how it looked after that. Jealous Dad? Love you!
